30 Day Mindset fitness accountability challenge!

Join our Mindset Fitness Facebook Group

  • Must Do at least a 30 minute Workout Everyday ( tv workout, biking, running, weight lifting etc)
  • Must workout 5 days a week! With 2 off days!
  • Everyday you will see a post in the group for the day. And you have to comment a collage that will include a sweaty workout picture, and a summary of your workout. You can show proof by taking a picture of your fitness device summary (Fitbit, Apple Watch, Samsung watch etc.) or taking a picture of your machine! Must show proof of DATE!
  • If you workout with others in the group please tag them so they can get credit as well!
  • All post must be posted before 12 Midnight each day
